This application helps property Owner to maintain and track property maintenace issues reported by tenant. Property tenant can create maintenace request with category, photos and notes. Owner can assign request to Employee. Employee can use app to setup the appointment with tenant. Employee can update request with status and note. Tenant can review and complete request with staff rating. This app is made to work offline.
